Well, two actually.

I said to my friend right after the morph scene that it literally the worst transformation sequence ever. Then we got the Zords morphing in to Megazord. That was even worse.

Sailor Moon has better transformation sequences than this.

But other than that and the fact that it took them forever to do any Power Ranging it was surprisingly good.

I can't disagree with you - on all points. Especially the Sailor Moon one; those were some cool transformation scenes. The third act had probably most of the issues of the film - weirdly, I've been saying that about a lot of movies these days...

Could be because many movies seems to be poorly paced and run at least 20 minutes longer than they need.
