Anyone seen "Instinct" (2019).

No, haha, not BASIC Instinct (1992) by this movie Elle's director Paul Verhoeven, even though its title DOES bring that movie to mind, and interestingly enough, some may say its plot details do too. Not to mention, it stars the same actress Clarice van Houten who previously was the main star of another Verhoeven movie, the very good modern Dutch WW2 drama "The Black Book" (2006).

Some people by the way have also compared it to "Elle", and in a particularly notorious twist, it has the woman, played by the aforementioned van Houten actress, who falls in love with a convicted sex offender whom she takes care of while he is incarcerated.

How was that movie by the way and also, is it in any way as twisted as "Elle". I would like to see it one day.
