It's not a caring, gentle type of love-making, quite the opposite, so as a woman I'd say yes, absolutely yes, this is completely 100% plausible. I don't even need to get into reasons why this is totally plausible, just believe me when I say it is.
And as for the rapist not finding pleasure because of her lack of, ahem, readiness, I'll say, I'd have to disagree, only because if we used this principle, there'd be no rape, if the rapist didn't find this pleasurable in a sick, twisted way. That just makes no sense whatsoever. It's the use of force and domination over the victim that they find pleasure in, not necessarily just the act, amirite?
