Reminded me of the Brad Pitt & Cate Blanchett storyline from Babel
Sans the kids.
Pretty good movie and deserves a 7+ rating, IMO. Sad to see movies like this have almost no discussions on the page, when there would be 5 pages worth of it in the old IMDb boards. There's a ton of posts made here everyday, but most of it seems to be people arguing political viewpoints every chance they get.
Back to the movie, not many likeable characters, but they all did a great job, most notably RF, JC, Hamid, the father of the dead kid and Saïd Taghmaoui, who's always decent in his roles. Didn't like the ending, but wasn't surprised.
7.5/10 for me - heavy but entertaining drama to watch on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
