I did feel somewhat sorry for Jeff Stacey because he had the mental capacity of a small child and did genuinely feel remorseful for what he has done, he did get off with only six months in the county jail.

Not sure if I'd calling it "feeling sorry" but Vincent Ambrosio, the fat cowboy, just seemed like a completely sad idiot, a hopeless dope with an identity crisis, and his regret seems more genuine than most on the show. Lorne Armstrong is also so stupid that it's outright funny.
