Is this better than Munich (2005)?
Thoughts?
shareNo...Hell no. Munich was great This was a bore
shareToo different to directly compare. Both are extremely well made. Munich is maybe a bit too long and the pacing suffers in comparison.
shareThey're very similar in a lot of ways, and make sort of fantastic companion pieces. Would be a hell of a double bill. As for which is better... They both have their strengths. I'd hate to call it. Probably give this one a slight edge for consistency, though I think Munich sails far higher at its best.

Not a chance in hell. Munich is by far the superior movie and is a superb film.
shareYep. This is a more accessible film. There are parts of Munich that I like, but overall I think it has some problems(pacing for one thing). This is a lot better. You feel the craftsmanship of this film(direction by Spielberg, good cinematography, the story - with some nice touches by the Coen Brothers and the acting duo of Hanks and Rylance.
Munich was great, this was mediocre.
shareI liked both films. They are a little different in how they go about the plot.
I had already seen Sword of Gideon prior to Munich, so that sort of ruined it for me.
Munich is much better, altough Bridge of Spies is good too, but deserved a better ending...
shareI think it is
