VERY cringeworthy ending to Season 2
Making vibrators for arthritic elderly women? OMG
shareI loved the season finale. Poor Bud on the other side, they ruined his birthday party. But I loved the ending, just loved it!
shareSo when you're not going out of your way to mock (OMG!!1 tee hee) the human needs of older women with disabilities, are those women just invisible to you the rest of the time?
Guess what? They see you not seeing them.

Yes, how very un-PC of me. I didn't realise I was being insensitive to the needs of differently-abled would-be masturbators. Enjoy your day, SJW.
shareWe got one life, player. We all deserve to live it in dignity and respect.
Edit: Re: "PC": Nature has no political affiliation. You have failed to win the argument AND failed to answer my question with your reductive flail. Humans are more than this.
Enjoy tearing down what others have built.

Your post makes no sense at all, but please don't trouble yourself to explain it. I wasn't aware that I had entered an argument, but it seems that you are looking for one.
My real and valid reaction to the ending of S2 - I cringed.
The End.
You don't understand because you speak the language of ableism, not equality.
And you cringe because you are unaccustomed to frank discussions of women's bodies and function from their OWN perspective, rather than the pornified presentation/version of women you may be more used to.

Yes. Men AND women are both generally unaccustomed to women being presented in such a frank and matter-of-fact way. I mean, I do understand your reaction to an extent - but it's how you **interpret** it and act upon it that moves me to comment.

This show is definitely not for you.
shareWhile I agree with the poster who wrote that this series is stuffed with every PC cliché under the sun, I will continue to enjoy it for the occasionally funny dialogue and Lily and Jane's performances.

This show is definitely not for you.
You've made some good points.
shareI don't imagine this show would appeal to anyone south of 50. It's definitely intended for those of us who are in the second half of our lives.
Not that someone in their 20s, 30s or 40s couldn't enjoy the show. It's just that it doesn't give them much to relate to, as evidenced by the OP's post.
My wife and I are in our early 40's, and we both love the show.
Who controls the past, controls the future.
Who controls the present, controls the past.
I thought it was pretty good. They're doing their thing and to hell with everyone else.
shareThat may be cringeworthy to you but not to arthritic women on their 70s. We are all headed that way eventually. Lol
shareI cringed a little b/c I'm 30 and I was watching it with my mom, who is 62. But she LOVED it.
