At least this film was honest when the characters state they are accepting and don't make fun of anyone, except Christians.
I wonder if this would have been OK'd if they inserted Jew, Gay or Muslim in that line?
If wanting illegals deported makes me a bigot - then wanting a rapist jailed makes you a sexist!

shareThe movie went out of the way to take jabs at Christianity which is understandable. It appeals to a certain demographic who will get off on people being offended by it.
One the other hand, I know several families who home school their kids and many of their kids are very knowledgeable like the kids portrayed in this film. However, all the families I know who home school their kids are deeply devout Catholic families.
I know it's anecdotal, but that was a bit ironic to me when I watched this....
