Comcast doesn't allow abc content to stream
I went to abc.com, to Hulu...
"Due to content licensing restrictions with our content providers, this content is only available through a participating TV provider. If you are a subscriber to a participating providers, you can connect your account to Hulu for access to new episodes for select shows the day after they air on TV. Otherwise, episodes will be available on Hulu.com following any standard delays."
"Select Your TV Provider"
Okay, I typed in COMCAST and got:
"We're sorry, your TV provider is not a participating provider for this content."
COMCAST owns NBC and NBC Universal, and the'll be damned if they are going to allow ABC (Disney) content run over their (NBC) wires without folks forking over humungously more chunks of money, in essence: getting paid triple times over. They get paid by 1. customers pay for their cable service, 2. they get paid for by the advertisers for the commercials you can't fast foward, 3. you have to pay for any past season of regular tv shows and 4. they want to get paid even more, for anyone to stream....a different content provider (abc) than their own (nbc). Talk about greed....
They're at war...content providers with the dinosaur cable companies that began buying content stations.
