After the second Jack Reacher disaster I will never

watch another Tom Cruise movie again. I felt so betrayed after a string of decent Sci-Fi movies, and the first Jack Reacher flick to foist that garbage on the public is unforgivable.

Besides Cruise and the Scientology thing is not something I want to support. Folks, we have to stop giving our hard earned money to disgusting and corrupt people, that means musicians, actors ... it is time to get real. Stop rewarding Hollywood for garbage.

I just hate those movies ... Mission Impossible, Bourne series, Bond series ... and others.
There is nothing there for mind or soul, this kind of movie is pure garbage. That said, if
they are on NetFlix for free and I cannot find anything to watch I will resort to watching
them, but as the years go by I am more and more bored with them.

I think that is the most schmaltzy one. It is the one where they gave super spy Ethan Hunt a wife and a domestic dispute. The same writers did the same thing with the sequel to Zorro.

I really like Tom and many of his movies
Hes like Smith or Willis...a top seller that falls flat sometimes...and some of the personal stuff is a bit odd...fair enough Brux
I honestly dont care about his spiritual feelings...this guy is all win all the time and were gonna be watching his stuff for decades to come...Go Tom!!

Tom's a bad motherfucker. 55 years old and still kicking ass. If anything, I think I've just grown to appreciate him MORE as time has gone by.

The whole Scientology thing is fucked up, but I just view it as a character flaw. Not gonna write the guy off because of it.

Its too bad, because I thought the first one was going to be poor and he was miscast but I liked it quite a bit and was looking forward to the second...and then they laid an egg.

Cruise has been hitting it out of the park for decades now and you want to jump ship after ONE bad movie? Yes, Jack Reacher 2 was bad but I've enjoyed all of his movies except Rock of Ages, JR2, M:I#1 and Eyes Wide Shut since 1989 (I will accept the argument that Mummy was bad too even though I sorta liked it). But this movie was really good as have most of his other movies been for a long time now. I used to hate him but he started doing very well in very good films so now I am a big fan.
