Asgard and the Asgardians were designed after the Nordic peoples. The whitest people on the planet. Why do they keep taking originally white characters and making them black?

The fact that you can't handle a little diversity in your life is a problem you have to face yourself, it does not need to be addressed within a Hollywood context. Then again, in a post-Trump-world where "Jews will not replace us!" and "All lives matter" I am not a bit surprised to find statements like yours.
