Who's team are you on?

I still can't decide, probably because I don't have a strong desire to pick a side. I figured Spidey would be the swing vote, but it seemed like Team Ironman was on the wrong. But even at the end, one would think you'd switch over from the team dishonest and sympathize with TS. But still I'm torn!

I was with Steve before and after watching the movie. Tony was too impulsive and driven by emotions too much throughout the movie, and I feel that it clouded his judgement. On the flip side, Steve acted logically and reasonably throughout the movie and kept a cool head. Plus it's hard to not admire the sense of heroism that he possesses.

Team Cap.

Ok, I've come to my own conclusion.

Signing a deal ordered by the government/UN (oh and BTW, if they didn't they'd have to retire, there would be no Avengers) ≠ Killing of the Stark family, sweeping under the rug and not telling Tony about it, being his "best friend" and all. Why's this even a debate!?!

Poor Tony! Had to deal with two different set of family slaughters, both at the hands of his "friends"! (I miss GoT)

TEAM.IRON.MAN!

The scenario was created back with Avengers/Chitauri in New York. People were saved, but people died. There was great property damage. Later, in Ultron, we had the destruction in Wakanda (Hulk/Hulbuster) and Sokovia. Winter Soldier had the contained destruction of Triskelium and that three hellicarriers that could have fall into the city instead of back in the river.

In the other side, thanks to Loki's hate of his brother and his insane need for power, the world got into intergalactic peril and only the Avengers can answer to these threats. Nick and Natasha have said this "because we will need them to". They can't wait for any decision of the world council/ONU. By the way, wasn't the ones that Shield answered to that decided to nuke NY?

I just do not trust goverments. See what is happening in Syria. ONU doesn't do anything to the point I think they want the terrorists among the refugees to spread so wars are garanteed. This way more guns are to be sold.

I'm Team Cap. He had first hand experience with government and politics. Let's not forget that the military back in Cap 1 did nothing to help the soldiers that were trapped by RedSkull and Cap was rebelious against the order he had received back there too and saved Buck and the other soldiers.

Marvel is set in the real world... with Hydra infecting most of its organizations. Or does anyone think that the infiltration was only in Shield? Senator Kelly?

I would never abide to rules dicted by these people, let alone Avengers had no say in them.
