How is it that Alexei and Melina have the nerve to be happy to see their "daughters' when they pretty much sold them off the a tyrant like Dreykov. They were drugged and taken away against their will, and now you wanna treat them like lost family. That didn't make sense to me.

The movie was pretty enjoyable. Marvel Studios is doing pretty well under the ownership of Disney. I wish DC could do as well under Warner Bros.

Why wouldn't they be happy to see them? They liked them, but had no say over them. They worked for their country and had to give the kids up when doesn't. Has nothing to do with whether they liked the kids or not. Your confusion is confusing.

But look how well they turned out? One became and avenger and another became the leader of the Widow squad before getting a dose of the red antigen.
