I didn't start yet with the serie, but now it's cancelled I don't know if I should start. What's see from the trailers/photos it looks like a well made show, I watched all the marvel movies and following the Agent serie. But I read that this serie ends with a cliffhanger.

Says the man who has chosen the "Torchwood" tagline as his signature. A series so all over the place and so full of itself it cursed the world with 2 crappy seasons and a 10-episode mini-series called "miracle-day"
The only miracle is that it got aired.
So I will take your opinion with a massive trough of salt.
There's a slight cliffhanger to season two in that one of the supporting characters is in jeopardy. But it's pretty self contained and wraps up most of the plotlines pretty well.
shareI enjoyed S1 quite a lot and definitely recommend it. I recently re-watched it on Blu ray and it is a nice continuation from Cap: The First Avenger.
I personally disliked S2 though.
The first season was decent.
Season two was all over the place.
Forced love story between Carter and a new character.

I watched this show because I'm currently doing a "Marvel Cinematic Universe" marathon, including all current movies and TV shows in chronological order.. I watched Cap America: The First Avenger and then Agent Carter. Just finished both seasons and let me just tell you: skip it.
It's nice to know what Peggy did after the first CA movie and what she did with her life, but honestly the show is kind of boring. S1 is okay, but S2 is all over the place with really uninteresting characters (in my opinion).
Hopefully the Netflix shows won't disappoint me like AC did. I've heard good things about Jessica Jones.
Watch it. At least season 1, season 2 is terrible and I like to pretend it never happened. But I can assure you, you will love season 1! It has action, some references from the movies (you will see what I'm talking about around eps. 4 and 5), the costumes are incredible and I have no words for the acting, which was IMPRESSIVE!! Especially Atwell, James D'Arcy, Shea Whigham, Bridget Regan and Chad Michael Murray's (his character is my favorite from the recurring cast, and if you watch S2 you'll realise that his plot was the best and the most interesting). Once again, I can assure you, you'll love it!

Nothing in this show has anything to do with the movies. You don't get any insight into how Shield built a council or why they really do what they do. Howard Stark didn't do anything that stood out. You don't see how Jarvis became Jarvis he just hangs around Peggy.
The 1st season was decent but the 2nd was so bad I had to drop it.
