You kidding? The trailers for Assassin's Creed have been terribly underwhelming, even fans are not that enthusiastic about it.

Its pretty obvious that Rogue One will be first place and Sing will be second place over the Christmas weekend.
If you love action movies and don't care about cartoons, that's cool and its your personal tastes, but Sing is going to be 2nd place.
Assassins Creed is going to be 3rd or 4th place Christmas weekend.
The battle for 3rd place will be between Assassins Creed and Passengers.
And neither of those 2 are going to be anywhere near 1st and 2nd place.

Have you ever noticed that the people who say "DC is for adults and Marvel is for kids", are kids?

Look at any projection, everyone has Sing demolishing Assassin's Creed. Plus, the reviews for Assassin's Creed are awful thus far.

"Sing" is the ONLY movie out now for the Christmas kiddie crowd. It'll destroy everything out other than "Rogue One", which will get all the fanboy dollars.

Only hard-core Assassin's Creed fans are going to watch that movie, and there just aren't that many of them, despite what they believe about their fandom.

As for "Passengers"... I don't know who's interested in that. Certainly no one I know.

Her part in this movie was so small, it didn't affect anything, really, other than tie-in to "A New Hope"... as if we couldn't figure that out without being explicitly told it.

...

I take that back, fanboys do need to be told everything point blank, as even remote subtlety flies over their heads.
