Does anyone thing the gorilla family as criminals was a bit racist? I mean when have gorillas ever displayed criminal tendencies. Wouldn't a fox have been more realistic?

It's only racist if you think gorillas=blacks and blacks=criminals. But if you think THAT, I'd say YOU are racist. Besides, the gorillas all seem to have white cockney accents for some reason.

Honestly, I thought it was more of an Italian stereotype. Mafia and whatnot. I think they gave them the cockney English accents to avoid the issue.
