#JimmyFallon Saturday Night Live cast members have been exposed in a disturbing lawsuit. This suit provides insight into the culture at SNL and how NOBODY is safe in the entertainment industry. Horatio Sanz had a relationship with a 16 year old with full knowledge of his cast-mates. This is NOT ok.

A family friend worked for him as a writer. He wrote for both Conan/Kimmel who were both incredibly nice to their staff but when he worked for Fallon the work environment was very abusive. He was a disrespectful jerk to all of his staff. He said a staff member brought him a wine that was “below him” at a meeting, and he yelled at the staff “ew wtf are you doing get that out of my face!” He never bothered to learn anyone’s names and didn’t want any of them to talk to him. (Reminds me of Sloan’s Ellen video) He said that Jimmy is absolutely nothing like he is on tv. Also Fallon has a ton of allegations in the workplace and would often show up to work completely plastered drunk but NBC does an expert job at making sure news doesn’t get out. He finally had the courage to speak up about the abusive way Fallon was treating them and they fired him instantly. That’s why you don’t hear anything about how problematic he is. They silence you by ending your career.
