I liked it for the CGI spectacle but...

IT really puts a drain on you after awhile. Mostly constant explosions and CGI fights (think the previous ones are like this as well but wasn't as draining as this one). While I do love the CGI fights, the whole 2 hour movie felt dragged on with one countless CGI fight after another. It literally starts to bore you after awhile. I also found that Mexican girl useless to the whole story and I think they just added her for 'diversity' sake. The bipod mechs in the beginning was nice htough. Reminded me of Metal Gear Solid 4 and up. What do you guys think?

I think its time for me to go see the movie. :)

I agree about everything you're saying, even thought I really do hate these films now. I can understand why people would still like the CGI but i'm just past it now cause the rest is such a headache

I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie here-https://youtu.be/5z9SD9_dvAo

I went in thinking it was going to suck and still I was disappointed. In all the fighting that there was, there wasn't any good action sequences like you see in the second and third film. There were way too many characters in the movie and too many story lines that didn't go anywhere. And I must have rolled my eyes at least 4 times during the movie, the moment with Mark Wahlberg and the sword was just ridiculous.

When you have too many heroes and nemesis and try to tell each one in a 2 1/2hr film. :p

I do like the Knights of Iacon (12 knights) story though and the fusion to form Dragonstorm. Same with the Infernocons that form Infernocus. At least we know the next story will focus more on Quintessa and her quest to destroy/absorb Unicron though I doubt that would happen since that would mean destroying Earth. Did you see that cute little transformer watch that killed Hitler? XD

Don't forget to watch the post-credits scene.

As for the Yeager knighting, I assume you mean https://youtu.be/fVKgt8P4Ros?t=1m24s (yeah, already cams on Youtube, go figure)

Did you watch in 3D or non-3D? For me it was 3D with 7.1 surround Dolby Atmos.

I found the Knights story and Quintessa interesting, but wouldn't all this stuff have been discovered in the second or third or fourth movies?

Yes I did see the little transformer that killed Hitler.

I did see the post credit scene, it happened like a minute in or so right? I didn't stay after the screen went black. I'm assuming the next movie will fill me in on what that was about.

The Yeager knighting, yeah thats the scene. Ughhh. I'm not here to talk crap so I'll just leave it at that.

And I saw it in non-3D. I have never really liked 3D, I think children's movies are great in 3D but otherwise not my thing.
