How isn't X-24 his son?

They made Laura and X-24 from his DNA. Laura is now his daughter so why isn't X-24 his son?

Laura was made from Logan's DNA, but she was naturally born and raised. Not to mention she had the freedom of speaking, making decisions, knowing who her friends and foes were, and above all she accepted Logan as her father. X-24 on the other hand was more like a fully-grown clone of Logan made to be nothing more than a mindless killing machine. He had no emotions, likely couldn't speak or think, and he had been made recently. His creation was quite different from Laura's, if you ask me.

IF we could argue that in a technical sense he can be considered Logan's son, ultimately he was a rage-filled creature incapable of reasoning. So I say he was a direct clone more than a son.

I was also wondering a bit about this one too. I've figured X-24 might be just a clone with Logan's power. Or a 'son' that might be an example of a successfully raised mutant turned into a coldblooded weapon. But being a clone is a fine point alone.

He was more a clone than Laure. She was born etc, he was made... but even if we see no difference (and there are valid arguments for this), X24 was a deranged killer with no hope for reasoning and simply had to be put down. Makes the final scene stronger iin a way; he killed his last son, his last remains, so his daughter could live.
