Can muslims take control of a city like London?

Depends if the authorities are on it like 9/11.

If we assume every muslim can coordinate an attack - yes they have enough people. Making those people work together like that - no, thats not realistic.

well, apparently (going by this film) we have no army, navy, or airforce in the UK, so i suppose anyone could just walk in and take over if rhey wanted to, Unless or course the president of the united States happens to be visiting, in which case him and his bodyguard can defeat all the terrorists quite easily.
