Fellini, who? Great, how? In my opinion, 6/10 would be overrating. The fighting or underwater scenes are less of it's problems.
The stereotype of the black veteran and the Mexican-American cop made me lose any interest to point out how this movie could have been better.

What underwater scenes?
There's no underwater scenes in 8 1/2. But a Mexican American cop would have been interesting. Possibly with a sombrero.
