The into was straight outa Yellowstone. Pure plagiarism. Not a very good film, but an OK 6 episodes TV series.

I didn't get why she parachutes from a pickup. Seemed odd for a middle aged woman.

There is definitely a Yellowstone vibe, but it can't be plagiarism. First, it doesn't directly copy any scene from the show, and furthermore, can an author plagiarize themselves?

I respect Taylor Sheridan. He has written on of the best films in the past 10 years. He has also directed one of my favorite films.
However a writer can for sure plagiarize themselves. In this film Taylor Sheridan do this en masse. Even down to the dialog, story, sequence & settings. This is a weak film and its all on Taylor Sheridan.
