Noah beats a student, possibly kills him but nothing happens?

I think that was done so the audience can laugh at how unrealistic it was

Also, quite disturbing that the Vice Principal is threatened, nearly physically assaulted, and she doesn't call the cops on him but expels him.

Just one of many dumb things about this movie...

i was wondering about this too. kevin seemed to act all normal afterwards like nothing happened.

Yeah, that was particularly nonsensical in this already clichéd, corny, derivative thriller(?)that's been done a dozen times before and frankly, much better than this in some cases. Some scenes in this made me really LOL, when they weren't suppose to be funny. I wish I'd skipped it.

He actually got expelled. The blonde friend of JLO did it.
