Not sure we'll watch this show. The humor in the previous two shows came from the fact that Sheldon was such a fish out of water. Without that element, the show will probably lose most of its appeal.
Suspect that while Lorre knows how to write a show, he's not that good at coming up with an idea for one. The ideas for Two & a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon all came from someone else.

BB and YS worked because they were ensembles with a wide mix of characters and well-written stories.
They didn’t focus just on Sheldon.
In fact, he was the weakest character on YS.
He was a one-trick pony with no character growth even after several seasons.
IMDB lists Emily Osment and Montana Jordan in ten episodes and Raegan Revord, Annie Potts and Zoe Perry in one episode.

I think the show will revolve around Osment and Jordan with a new cast and some occasional appearances by some of the Young Sheldon cast.
