Well it kinda made sense Ralph's consciousness was intact since he was the last body Devoe took over, essentially Devoe pushed Ralph into the backseat and took control of his body. Barry found him and put him back in the drivers seat. I was fine with it since Ralph is such a great character.
There was alot of casualties though, Devoe killed alot of people. Yeah none of the main cast died but i have a feeling thats coming in the next season, they gotta get rid of someone and give us a shocking death.
The finale was kinda lame though and the way they defeated Devoe after all this build up of him being so unstoppable was really underwhelming, just Barry and Ralph fighting imaginary Devoe clones and knocking them down like cartoony bowling pins then jumping through a shiny portal.
And that girl showing up at the end revealing shes Barry and Iris' daughter from the future was so predictable, i think everyone figured it out the first time she appeared. Yay yet another speedster.....

I dont see why he has to keep a metas consciousness alive in the 'backseat' when he takes it over. Why not just kill them. In fact, if that's true of every meta he took over, it would make more sense if after he finished with their bodies that they would wake up alive rather than drop dead. Its not consistent. Bottom line, this show is written by idiots
