Looks like Korea going for Squid Game again

shareWatched the first few.
Definitely a bit squidily but the set-up is slightly different and throws up some interesting ideas re how society functions.
However they have somewhat ridiculously - given that comparison were obviously going to be made - pretty much gone with cardboard cut out copy characters!
It's pretty funny. You've got the average Joe protagonist we're supposed to be rooting for a la Squid Games. The speccy brainy, scheming guy. The meathead, fists first guy. The spikey, independent girl who can handle herself. The old guy, who has a disability and needs help.
They should have mixed it up a bit.
