I love Norm and I think he's great in this, but Tyson is the funniest part of the show.

Norm is the best on the show, but that's partly because his character is more interesting than the played-out he's-a-gay-guy-so-he-makes-references-to-being-gay character Jim Rash got stuck with or the serious-Asian-with-glasses stereotype Rachel Ramras got.
