1. What make & model gun is it?

2. Why did Gus plant it in the tread of the construction vehicle, what is his plan?

3. How will it end up being used in actuality?

For the record, my guesses:

1. Charter Arms Bulldog .44 Special
2. Wants to lure Lalo into the superlab, then lock him down there forever, so he eventually finds the gun, goes mad & kills himself with it
3. No idea. These writers are usually too clever to predict

I watched every episode thus far but can’t seem to recall this scene. What episode was it again?

It was very dark, I couldn’t even see what Gus was doing in the underground lab. This scene was in one of the latest episodes.

S6E5, Black and Blue.

He also seems to be checking what looks like an electrical cord.

And just before planting the gun he seemed to be deliberately counting his paces from one point to another.

So...kill the lights, find the gun, lights back on and start shooting?

That seems too simple.
