How happy were you when Chuck died?
I felt so much better knowing that smug scumbag was dead, and that he died painfully made it all the better.

shareI have to rewatch the first 3 seasons again soon its been a few years. I loved Chuck though. The kind of character you "love to hate". Chuck and Jimmy's brotherly relationship felt like the authentic rollercoaster a lot of siblings experience. Chuck was so full of complexity and had me feeling a full spectrum of emotions toward him through each episode. At times I rooted for him, feeling sorry for him. Other times I couldnt believe how nasty he could be to Jimmy. The dynamics between them as brothers really hit home and felt like real life.
shareI did not. Chuck was right about Jimmy all the way.
Some people are saying Chuck made Jimmy a criminal by not giving him a chance.
That is complete bullshit. Jimmy is a criminal and has been since he was a child. He can’t help himself. Chuck saved him from multiple jams. He gave Jimmy that job in the firm because he knew that it was the only way to keep him honest.
Jimmy as a lawyer was like a chimp with a machine gun, Chuck said. And it was true. As a lawyer, all Jim did was cause massive damage.
Chuck last conversation was on point. Jimmy was never going to change and might as well accept being the villain.
