Odinkirk and all these actors/musicians need to quit forcing their political/social issue views on the fans and stick to what they're good at.
shareThis is a non-issue. Actors express their political views all the time and it rarely hurts them. This will quickly disappear from the news cycle and be all forgotten about, as the next scandal of the day and the next, and the next, and the next will inevitably capture the false outrage of the Internet, and everyone will move on.
shareHow are they alienating people by expressing their political opinion? Who cares? I love the show Bar Rescue, and the host of that show, Jon Taffer, supported Trump. I'm a Clinton person, but I still love to watch Bar Rescue. It's not like Odenkirk is giving monologues on Better Call Saul about how much he disagrees with Trump. What he's done in his actual line of work of performing has done nothing to alienate his audience. If you don't want to see his opinions then don't follow him on twitter or other places you may see it if it bothers you that much. People have different opinions on things. It's not like he directly insulted you. Does it really bother you that he doesn't like one of the least popular people to run for president in the last century? At least, it bothers you so much that you feel alienated by it?
