Why would Reese Witherspoon, an Academy Award winning actress, choose to sign onto such a flimsy movie? The film only got 7% on Rotten Tomatoes. When an actor signs onto a movie like this, is it just hard for them to tell in the beginning how bad it's going to be?

shareLike someone else said, I guess they were trying to replicate the success of "The Heat", but it really didn't work... there were some funny moments, but most of it was ehhhhh.
Overall this was an okay, kinda bland movie, even the gag reel in the credits was bland! I'm glad I had a promo code so I didn't have to pay for it, this was definitely a "RedBoxer" kind of film!
Reese, you stick to dramas, and Sofia, just keep doing "Modern Family".
