Is this director Kim Ki Duk's most disturbing film?

Hi, to those who have seen it, is it director Kim Ki Duk's most disturbing film, more so than "The Isle" and "Bad Guy" and some of his other works, or has he managed to top it?

I mean, it seems to have castration, sexual violence, incest etc etc in it and the kind of topics he barely touched much before but not to an extent of this, right?

And basically, how disturbing IS IT, as a film?

From what I read about it, it seems to echo touches of such works as "Ai no Corrida" ("In the Realm of the Senses") (1976), Pedro Almodovar, Takashi Miike's "Visitor Q" (2001), Lars von Trier's "Antichrist" (2009), Noe's "Irreversible" (2002) and Sono's "Cold Fish" (2010) with some elements of Chan Wook Park as well as Ki Duk himself, how does it compare to most of those movies?
