According to this show's logic; preventing his assassination is like stopping Hilter from losing WW2. So if JFK had lived, America would've been like 40s era Germany and WW3 would've happened.
So if I stop 9/11, would America have another civil war, like in that Family Guy episode?
The country would be less divided now if it hadn't been for 9/11. The Third Millennium AD started off badly and is getting worse all the time. Here's hoping aliens or Jesus get here soon. No prederence here in that regard.
