Caroline Kennedy cameo
When Jake follows George the Russian to the JFK speech, a woman stands to let Jake scoot by and sit. Is that Caroline Kennedy in un-credited role?

shareI saw your post a few days ago. I have the DVD set and in honor of the day I watched again.....
The gal you are talking about definitely looks like someone from the Kennedy family. It's interesting. I have to wonder if the actress was chosen because she has that look!
I doubt very much that she is Caroline Kennedy. I doubt very much that JFK's daughter would ever agree to do a cameo in a movie like this.
Once again, I am amazed at that resemblance to the Kennedys. I have to wonder if that was planned when they chose the actress!
"Fasten your seatbelts. It's going to be a bumpy night"
I'm replying to myself before the boards shut down. I remembered this post.
Just thought I'd keep this board in the trending bar in case there are any other fans of this book/mini series who care to discuss it.
I haven't had too much luck here on MovieChat but I'll keep trying.
Well thanks for keeping it going! I had NO IDEA this book had been made into a film. Was it on TV or in the theaters? I'll have to locate it somewhere.
I read the book and I really enjoyed it. It was one of those books that I couldn't put down. One of Stephen King's best, I think.
The only thing was the ending was a bit of an anti-climax. Since he was dealing with historical fact, King could not really change the outcome permanently. But I was still hoping he could. I don't know what I expected, something different I suppose.
But still, a great read.
Hulu actually made it. It was a four part series. It is on DVD if you want to check it out. You could also check out the productions on Hulu. I actually got my DVD set at Walmart of all places.
I love the book too. before this book, my favorite SK book was The Stand. I still love it, but this is my new all time fave because I love stories of time travel and I love history. This is one roller coaster ride of a story! It just didn't involve trying to stop the JFK assassination. It was an involving story of those times. Last but not least, it was a love story.
The book is the best..... There were things in the film that were changed. If you can deal with the fact that it happens in adaptations, please watch it. It's really pretty good.
I agree that the ending was a bit of a anti-climax in the book. It doesn't feel that way when you see it in this mini series.
It will actually make one cry. In the end, maybe it's the dance and the song at the end.....
When you see this, and I hope you do, let me know what you think. I'm here at MovieChat!
Mine was from amazon.
