Whenever Rick talks he always suddenly goes into a funny grunty voice like hes going to belch, why is that?? whats the joke there??

I always thought it was due to him always being intoxicated. I kinda wish they had toned the belching and drolling down on him.

Develop some gastrointestinal issues and then try talking after a light jog.

It's because of his alcoholism.
