After all the torment from number one I was thinking of getting it. I'm not now mainly because of its bad graphics, if a game wants you to spend 100+ hours I would expect some appreciation. I know gaming experience doesn't rely on graphics it's about the total experience and story but don't produce *beep* that looks like ps2 graphics (and for the people who says it's not about the graphics, ask your self would you still enjoy the game if everything was badly square shaped pixleised, no you wouldn't so please don't contract yourself by being hypocritical)

The graphics are just fine in this game. The problem was the demo featured texturing that was too detailed for the final product. Even the release for PS4 features the nerfed graphics. But they are still just fine.

The gameplay is amazing. Either you get it or you don't. I can say that because the Online Souls community is very large and very active. Twitch channels for the Souls games are well populated with streamers, even Demon's Souls has a handful from day to day and that one is and has always been the smallest community. It literally is a word of mouth only community, the Demon's Souls one.

And now we have Bloodborne.

Miyazaki's Souls series games are game changers. Very few cut scenes. No game pausing and non-stop action.

I've always considered in a way that bloodborne was somewhat like DS, and thanks for the detailed answer and not trolling :)

It doesn't look bad, it's good even today.
