Cause to me most of the time she sounded like she does in everything shes in, there was zero attempt to sound anything like Hilary Clinton. Clive Owen while not looking exactly like Bill at least tried to sound like him.

In a "Sopranos" episode, Carmela Soprano (the character) talked with her Mafia wives about her respect for Hilary Clinton "making a deal with her husband and winning" so in this mini-series, Hilary literally BECOMES Carmela. Even in the big argument over Bill's infidelity here , Falco sounds like she did yelling at Tony in their big break up scene in "White Caps."
I think it was a conscious decision to give Bill Clinton..Carmela Soprano as his wife.
