This Was Great

Really interesting.

You see people like Shwarzenegger and see how they lived a fascinating life before they ever became famous and how it formed them. Then you see people like Bieber who were famous from being a foetus and they just have no depth to their soul at all.

Arnie's life was really wild.

reply

Did he talk about stealing the 1980 Mr Olympia?

reply

the judges often vote for people they like not the best physique.

just ask Kai Greene...

reply

He talked about tricking one guy to walk off the stage.

EDIT: That was in regards to his first Mr Olympia. The doc glosses over the 1980 comeback.

reply

Yes he talks about how he won.

reply

Didn't really learn anything new, but it was good watch nevertheless.

I don’t know much about Justin Bieber but you’re right about Arnold, he’s living a very interesting life and is pretty much The Face of the Golden Age of American action movies. This was a very good doc.

reply

Seeing him rise to Mr. Olympia only to have to restart again almost from scratch to learn how to sorta act was great. He was stoic but had the physique but became one my fav action heroes growing up.

reply

Could have been even better, with more details on his careers and behind the scene and his failures.
But they focused on his own perspective, and kept it tight.
A great personal doc, I loved it.

Great job Arnie, director and everybody else.
