1.0 with 60,000 votes on IMDb.
Jada Pinkett, who narrated the series, blamed white supremacy.
shareI think Elizabeth Banks and Hilary Clinton have that in common with her.
I mean they blame everyone but themselves for their failures.
I think 1 is the lowest vote can be given, that means it is pretty unanimous.
Exactly. As if white people are the only ones who review stuff on the internet.
shareJada Pinkett is a cheating hoe who turned her once beloved Will Smith into the world biggest cuckhold
fuck that ho...
If it was just a bunch of nobodies on the IMDb downvoting it, then perhaps she'd be right. I know a lot of alt-right types tend to flood the IMDb and RT with politically-motivated votes, BUT the fact that 10% of professional critics have also given it a bad rating on RT, suggests this isn't simply an issue of 'racism', but an issue of *quality* and, likely, historical accuracy versus blatant ahistorical propaganda.
shareIt's definitely a lack of historical accuracy thing.
share"I know a lot of alt-right types tend to flood the IMDb and RT with politically-motivated votes..."
Yeah, because we know liberals would never do that.
Yeah, I was going to post the same thing about 1.0
Every episode is a 1.0 too.
How can anything be a 1.0 with 60K votes? This must be hilariously bad.
Obviously it's getting ratings bombed but I guess it deserves it if they race changed the real life person it's based on.
shareApparently is not just that. The show is pretty bad overall.
shareI read the RT reviews, and yeah they're saying it's bad. But an average rating of 1 means it's definitely ratings bombed.
shareThat's why I referred to the professional critics' percentage on RT. One often has to take anonymous ratings on the IMDb and RT with a pinch of salt, due to ratings bombings, but if recognised professional critics are also giving it terrible reviews, it's much faired to take the negative feedback at face-value.
