I went and saw The Grinch this morning at 10:15 am at Landmark Cinemas in Jackson Square. I really enjoyed it. Benedict Cumberbatch does a great job voicing the Grinch and outs his own spin on the character. I loved the animation. It was a really cute and sweet film with a beautiful message about love and kindness. I recommend The Grinch to kids of all ages, including big kids like me. I would rate The Grinch 2018 a delightful 9/10.

shareThis is the first I've read from people who have seen 'The Grinch.' One thing I've noticed is the change in rating. It was due to be a PG release. But I see that it has ended up as a U. I'll be interested to find out the reasoning behind this change.

It’s always nice to see a neat and crowd-pleasing movie that more than a few picked apart - some for trivial reasons which can easily be overlooked - get some love. It was visually pleasing, nicely-constructed and simply wonderful.
