Sarah Treem's obsession with showing Noah urinating

They show this at least once a year, including the opening Episode of Season 4. Why is this shown every single season? Is this part of Treem's "signature style"?

Interesting observation.

I'm not sure what it means. Aside from maybe being a subtle negative portrayal of Noah?
He can't catch a break, lol
