He plays the manager and uncle of his daughter’s pop star character. The plot twist is that Hartnett’s character really is a bad guy even though the first half of the movie portrays him in an empathetic manner. Also there are about 5 times when you think the movie is almost over but then a new situation happens.

Yeah, nothing huge as plot twist with this one other than the realization that he really is a bad guy and not the “nice person with serial killer tendencies” (ie Dexter) and several times where you think the movie is at its big finale but it still goes on.

I think the twist is that the Trap isn't the concert, as the previews and synopsis indicate. The Trap was his family. So the twist in this movie isn't huge like the twists in Sixth Sense or The Village

The twist is that he trapped us to watch his daughter sing and be the hero.

I think the twist was that it was going to be a good movie and instead it sucked. That's the twist.
