OMG HOW IS MS. DAVIS A SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN THIS???? CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY SHE IS IN THAT CATEGORY AND NOT IN LEAD ACTRESS POSITION FOR AN OSCAR??? GODD@MNIT!!!

They better not pull the Meryl Streep BS they did with Ms. Davis in 2012 again with Ruth Negga this year either.

She submitted herself for best supporting to increase her chances of winning.

As other have pointed out, the studio submitted her in this category; she didn't submit herself.
