Yeah, he's useless and is really only used to spout morality at Marcel or to be a mini plot device as needed, but he hasn't displayed the ugly characteristics we see of everyone else.

All I can think of at the moment. Yes, some of the above characters made bad decisions at times, but overall, they're what I consider good, decent people.

The governor's son. Granted, he probably owned a slave or two, but he didn't really see all that bad.
Cami was good, but kept seeing out bad situations. Jackson probably killed someone in his youth, so he's not 100% good, but good in comparison to the others.

Tyler triggered his TVD one by accidentally killing a girl who tried to kill one of his friends. So I wouldn't say Jackson went out and murdered someone necessarily
