A way to give kids nightmares!

OMG, just watching the trailer on TV made my stomach turn! Who decided to made a creepy story into an even creepier movie? Shame on Disney!

Coraline, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, E.T., the original Alice- some pretty classic movies have scared kids before and those kids have eventually grown to love them. The problem with this movie is it's not good, a complete waste of time actually.

Really love movies and have a large movie knowledge so trying to make a go with a funny, informative youtube channel. Check it out if you have a chance. Thanks in advance.

LOL OP, you're the judgemental one by ending your topic with "Shame on Disney for scaring our children".
Your children might be scared but don't take that as an universal truth that applies to every child out there. Not every child is sheltered and raised soft like your precious one.
Besides, I am sure she has seen or will see a lot more scarier stuff than this. You can't really shelter your child from Internet.

You act as if being scared is a bad thing. It's not. A good scare is healthy for both adults and children.
When I was a child Disney films and animated shows aimed at children had scary elements in them. The older Disney movie all have scary stuff in them.
But was it a bad thing? No? Did it made me more prepared for the world? Yes.
I don't understand why parents these days are so soft and afraid of darkness. What do you think will happen with your child in the future if it gets scared?
I tell you. It will become a lot more grounded and real rather than becoming the laughing stock of the entire group.

That's ridiculous! The Wizard of Oz is scarier than this movie and it's a wonderful film for kids.

I can't believe you decided this movie is too creepy based on a trailer. You might be the one with issues.

This movie is rated PG, that should give you all the information you need.
