I hated The Force Awakens because it was a poor rehash of A New Hope with worse characters.
I hated The Last Jedi (and so did almost everyone else) because of the sheer derailment of the whole story, the forced SJW and diversity crap, and the destruction of Luke Skywalker's legacy, among other things.
I hated The Rise of Skywalker simply because Palpatine returns and undoes every good thing that Anakin and Luke did in the first six movies, and it is just rushed and nonsensical. Oh, and Palpatine's granddaughter Rey is the ultimate winner. Sickening.
And I'm not the only one to say that Disney have single-handedly managed to destroy this famous IP.
It wasn’t Disney that destroyed it, it was crappy writing and storytelling. Look, Disney owns MCU and Pixar. both of those studios can put out an amazing, well thought out movie.
There is no evil master plan out there to traumatize SW fans. There is only incompetent writing. A JarJar with a pencil if you will.
I wouldn't say they destroyed it , thats a bit OTT, lets just say they missed a massive opportunity to tell a different story that would reunited the original cast (on screen) but also give us the next generation of exciting characters.
I believe this is what Lucas originally intended , Luke to be a Obi Wan type figure training a future generation of Jedi including Han, Leia and Lukes children.
Saying that , i still think the likes of yourself would of been critical if Lucas story treatments were used, Disney or no Disney , its was always going to be a no win situation , i remember the prequels at the time, id actually say they were critisised more by the fan base, its actually people like you that have destroyed star wars in my view, the over critical fans that cause a fracture in the fandom. Im glad its over , and we can move on to looking forward to other movies that are not star wars, at least we dont get to read the constant trolling and negativity.

First of all, it's would HAVE. There is no such thing as "would of". Why does everyone say that online these days?
As for the rest of your assertion: I can't speak for anyone else, but I've read about Lucas' treatments and greatly preferred them to this Disney dumpster fire. I never minded a new hero rising up or Luke playing an Obi-Wan/Yoda role.
His treatment struck new ground rather than retread old ground.
These Disney travesties haven't even forged a lore of their own. There is almost nothing new hear. This entire trilogy rode on the coattails of the past and did little more. Awful writing, awful directing and awful handling of the existing lore.
I would have GREATLY preferred Lucas' Kira story.

It's destroyed. Not just because of the massive dump they took on the earlier films, but because of how they're going to be handling the Force and Star Wars lore moving forward. These were just shitty movies. Soon it's going to be 20 shitty movies and a slew of tv shows.
I think what they mean by 'destroyed it' is it destroyed it for them. I feel like the only ones I like are 4 through 6 and I have some appreciation for the prequels despite serious issues. The direction disney has gone in not only is a wasted opportunity, but for those like me it killed all interest in seeing what comes next. Star Wars is dead to me; in fact I am losing enthusiasm even for the OT and the old games I used to love. I do not know how much of that feeling is a direct result of disney era but it at least contributed.
I think your idea of Lucas's intent would have made for a better direction to go, even if by the end of the film they wanted to destroy it all and start on new ground they needed to show that destruction. Episode 7 should have been about the destruction of the Jedi temple; the formation of the first order, the fall of Kylo and the sacrifices to save Rey, who would have been a young promising student there. That would have worked.
I think that you are right that the fan's are one of causes of the issues but even in the prequels the fans never detached from star wars like they are now. They were harsh because they loved the IP, now they are harsh because they hate it. That is worse. But yes compared to other IPs the Star Wars fans are the most toxic, on both sides
And I'm not the only one who this the Disney series is better than the prequels. Seriously you need to get a life foebane. You are such a whiny little brat.
