how they can change Rey's parents again
It'll turn out that Kylo thought what he was saying was true but was wrong. Not sure what the truth will be, but I feel like there will be another twist.

Ezra Bridger and Kanan Jarrus hook up again after everything that's happened in Rebels and they eventually turn to the Dark side. Kanan becomes Snoke and Ezra uses his dark powers to convince Leia that he is Han Solo on multiple occasions and they conceive both Ben and Rey over the years. Han thinks that they are each his but after Ben's turn into Kylo Ezra appears from the shadows and wipes both of their minds about Rey's existence.
Some deep latent memories still persist though.
Ezra dumps Rey on Jakku and Kanan (As Snoke) develops Kylo's powers away from her, with Rey as a back-up.
There we go, job done!
Also Kanan/Snoke isn't dead, it was all a Force illusion to test Kylo as Kanan/Snoke is still alive within Jacen - his son.
It's like TLJ never happened!
Luke also can flow freely from ethereal being to flesh at will within the Force too because why not?!
Honestly I was surprised they went the route they did but don't mind it. I like the idea of rey coming from garbage(because if true their description was of awful people) and basically being forced to live her whole life essentially as a wild child. You would think if anyone would have a reason to turn to the dark side it would be her especially when she hears about her parents from kylo. Yet she still does not let go of the goodness and hope in her. Kylo came from so much more and yet is angry.
