I loved the music that played as Leia floated in space

You probably didn't notice, but I pay a lot of attention to composition and they delivered in that spot.

Wasn't it just Leia's theme from the original trilogy?

Her theme played there, yes, but I can't recall if they modified it or just played the original note for note.

The music and the visual effects were the only good things in this movie. I don't recall the music in that scene specifically but it was probably a variation of Leia's theme, which is great. I also absolutely love Rey's theme.

It is Leia's theme, with a few notes of The Force Theme interwoven between :28 and :32
