With all the women on board being in charge of the rebel ship

Who does the cooking and cleaning on board? The ironing? And who looks after the younglings?

The men are out there all day, fighting and flying their x-wings and doing important guy stuff.

It was shown briefly, who does the cleaning, after Finnish guy, the fat Asian chick and del Toro boarded the imperial ship. It was done by utility droids. I would assume the same thing is true for the rebellion.

I think the men all joined the First Order to have an easier time of it during their free time.
