I wish they had given more information on why he didn't want to be with her. Yes, she lied about who she was, but the real girl was still cute and likable. Maybe a little bit chunky, but it works for her. I thought she was really attractive. And he hooked up with her in the past, so it doesn't seem like her physical appearance was the problem for him.

So then what was it? Why doesn't he want to give a relationship a shot with her? Especially since he fell in love with her personality and their interactions while he thought she was someone else. It felt like they left out some information about Kharece that could have cleared up a lot of confusion. What was her past, what was her story? There has to be a reason he absolutely didn't want anything more than a booty call from her. Is she a psycho or a slut or something? Anything for this to make a little more sense. He just had no explanation at all for why they can never be in a relationship.

I totally wanted them to be together. I felt sorry for her. i recall him saying something like "she's a compulsive liar". Basically he thought he knew her well enough in real life and didn't think her personality was like the girl he was texting.

If they both can't be honest with each other then they should never be together.

The way I see it is he's a superficial guy that gets wrapped up in an ideal like a lot of other men and women that get Catfished..

He wasn't that nice of a guy. Nice guys don't use women they aren't into just for sex and then tell their friends, which I'm sure he did, that he's not into her. I bet they weren't nice about it, that's why she probably didn't believe it since he works so hard to come across as a sweet, compassionate guy. He was probably laughing behind her back the whole;e time.

He was into her enough to have sex with her but was probably embarrassed to have her as a girlfriend around is friends and in public because he'd be afraid of being ridiculed or having to defend her. He knew what he was doing, but acted innocent to come across as a nicer guy than he is..

Kharece knows what he's into and is trying to make him in the way he doesn't so uses what he knows about him to manipulate him and also get revenge. I think there's a lot of resentment in her actions, just like the other people that Catdish others.

Come on, she knew how depressed he gets got him to fall in love qwith the fake and then stopped all contact. She knew what he was doing, but acted innocent to come across as sympathetic.

they both need to grow up and experience real life more before they both impose themselves on others. Lol

I felt badly for him at the start of the show but by the end after the whole story broke I didn't feel bad for him at all. I only wished that Kharice had more self-esteem to realize she could do better and didn't need to put up with him leading her on for years.

I didn't feel sorry for him at all, not even in the beginning because he was being dumb. When he admitted they had sex throughout high school I got the idea that he basically used her and she couldn't get over it. That's why I felt sorry for her and I was kind of hoping he would give her a chance. Even in the end she says she misses him and she thinks he misses her... Yeah right! I hope she realizes she can do better.

He seemed self righteous and like he was too good for her or something. I'm so glad they didn't end up together. She needs to move on and build up her self esteem because any guy who actively leads you on and denies what he's doing is just gross. When I heard that I was done with him and wanted to hear more about her lol. She was way more like-able!

I was really confused about him too...if someone isn't attracted to you, it's usually because of the appearance, the personality, or both. And he clearly didn't have a problem with either of those things. I also didn't get that he had nothing but negative things to say about her, that she was a psycho stalker and liar since freshman year, yet he still hooked up with her and they both considered each other friends.

And the wording of how they described their "interactions"... Notice he said that she randomly stopped by from time to time before he admitted they hooked up. Later, Kharece said he invited her over (presumably to hook up), and when Nev later used the same phrasing, that Brandon initiated these encounters, he didn't deny it. All of this is leading me to believe that Brandon is the real liar here.

Insight:

Brandon knows her to be a total slut, not just with him, but with his friends. She's the group's f-toy and always has been. That's why he wants nothing to do with her in a real relationship. She can't be trusted.

There was nothing in that episode or either person's statements that conveyed that she's had sex with his friends. She was into Brandon and he was into her being a woman that he knew practically worshiped him. His friends only relayed Brandon's negative feelings about her, more than likely at Brandon's request. People that are obsessed with one person for so many years don't have or take the time to sleep around with other people.

She knew he didn't lover her and her resentment at falling for a beautiful picture she used was probably why she put him in the same position as she was in terms of falling deeply in love with someone who just dumps him.

I think her tears where more about the embarrassment of being found out while enjoying the anguish she knowingly put him though.

She was stupid and naive for letting herself be lead on by a guy that clearly doesn't respect or love her and he was stupid to believe everything he sees on social media. They both are kerks for toying with each other's emotions.

Yeah, not everything that happens in life makes it into a Television show, you know...

Catfish isn't about judging, so much, and it's likely that they wouldn't want to put such a heavy spin on her because it doesn't leave the viewer empathetic.

You need to read between the lines, understand a little bit about psychology and sexual behavior patterns to understand that an overweight girl with self-esteem issues is likely to be promiscuous.

Now marry that up with his comments about how she's a pathological liar and his overall embarrassment of being with her at all and what you have is a girl that has slept with everyone he knows.

She probably feels closer to him by sleeping with his friends.

There are a lot of men out there who may not personally have an issue with a woman's appearance but feel they'd be judged by others on what their partner looks like, so they'll just date women on the down-low. That's cowardly - if you can't be proud of what (or who) you're doing then don't do it.

The minute the skinny sidekick girl sat down outside Brandon's house on the porch to talk with him, I turned to my wife and said: "He's banged this girl, more than once, I guarantee it".

When he admitted it, she asked how I knew. I could tell by his body language after he found out who it really was. Brandon is not a great guy, but she's got issues, too. He didn't treat her nicely, certainly not nice enough to warrant the very real love that she feels for him. On the other hand, I'm betting that she equated his physical relationship with him as something it wasn't... love. I could see her thinking: "But I know that he loves me. Really, I know he does, but he doesn't realize it or won't admit it".

She had stars in her eyes. He just wanted in her pants.

I assume the girls around him are all ones he banged on several occasions. Why bother having a relationship when the sex is easy to get. I don't see him getting in a real relationships anytime soon.

She had self esteem issues and seemed a little delusional towards the end. I assumed it was just because they were young and naive. I remember doing and believing all sorts of stupid crap for a guy when I was younger.

Because like every other person in the history of Catfish, he wants to "date up". He wants a girl who is more attractive than a girl he can normally attract. He's a nice looking guy, but a girl like he thought he was talking to can find a much better looking guy.
In other words, he's B list and she's A list.
What was crazy to me about this is that he had been **** buddies with the girl for years and she had no idea they were not more than that. That guy deserved a slap from the Universe.

Yeah this was a weird one. I agree. We didn't get to hear why he seemed to dislike her so much, why he was so mad it was her and didn't even want to give her a chance. All his lovey-dovey-ness dried up instantly. He wasn't even sad to have lost "Mckenna" anymore. Just sickened if anything.

He should have been straight up with her though. If someone is delusional and clinging on...don't keep stringing them on. That's mean. It torments the infatuated ones. He had it coming in a way, the catfishing.

He went from being all depressed and sympathetic to kinda looking like a tool, even if she was kind of boderline stalkery.

Brandon acted like he was the victim, but he was a user douchebag. Plus he acted superior to her, like he was way better. Kharece could lose some weight, work out, get healthy and move on to better people. The animal hunting thing also was weird.

Or, um, maybe move on to MUCH better people who will accept her for who she is? It isn't all about looks, you know - you're coming across as just as shallow as these catfishees.
